To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following policy regarding product samples sent to us for testing:

Non-Return Policy:

All samples sent to us are considered non-returnable. Due to the nature of product testing and content production, we cannot accommodate requests to return samples after the testing process is complete.

Testing Risks:

Please be aware that product testing involves various processes that may result in wear, damage, or other changes or modifications to the sample. Such as delidding, tear downs or other tests that might be destructive. As such, all samples are tested at the sender’s own risk.

Content Decisions:

While we aim to showcase a wide variety of products, not all samples will necessarily result in published content. We reserve the right to determine which products are featured based on relevance, quality, and suitability for our audience. Just because a sample was sent to us, does not mean that we will turn it into video content. We also don’t accept payments to push for publications because we do not publish paid content.
